Contribution Yearbook 2015

Alexander Hörbst was invited to contribute the survey paper for the section "Clinical Information Systems" to the Yearbook of Medical Informatics 2015, which is entitled 'An investigation on barriers and critical success factors for Clinical Information Systems in integrated care settings'. The yearbook publishes outstanding scientific work each year. The contributions are selected by an international board of scientists from the field.

Research funding granted

The funding for the project proposal 'Evidence based Case Report Forms (CRF) design - Templates and methods' was granted by the Tyrolean Science Fund (TWF) to Stefan Oberbichler. The Research Division for eHealth and Telemedicine congratulates Stefan for his successful proposal.

Robot Workshop for Girls

Different workshops were held at the “Medizintechnikschau” in Hall in Tyrol for children to get in touch with medical technology. The Research Division for eHealth and Telemedicine participated with a workshop that was focussed on robotics especially for girls between 12-16 years.

IPHIE 2014

Alexander Hörbst, Marco Schweitzer and Sebastian Wöß as members from the RDeHTM participated in the International Partnership for Health Informatics Education (IPHIE) Master Class in Taipei, Taiwan from July 21th- 25th, 2014. Students and faculty members from Medical Informatics Universities all over the world meet at the IPHIE once a year to share ideas on meaningful topics and socialize.
